New Analytics Charts: Engagement, Coverage, Intent & Response Time

Managing Instagram engagement is easier when you can actually see what’s happening.
That’s why we’ve added a brand-new set of analytics charts to your ReplyFox dashboard — giving you clear visibility into how your comments, replies, and audience behavior change over time.
Each chart updates dynamically based on the date range you choose (7, 30, or 90 days), so you can monitor short-term patterns or long-term trends instantly.
Engagement Trends
The Engagement Trends chart shows two key metrics:
comments received and replies posted.
It’s a simple way to understand how active your audience has been and how consistently ReplyFox (or you) answered those comments. Whether you received a single spike or a slow build-up of engagement, the chart makes it easy to track how things evolved day by day.
Coverage Trends
Coverage is the percentage of comments that received a reply.
This chart highlights how effectively your account responds across time. A high coverage rate means you’re staying on top of your audience — and with ReplyFox’s automation, this number should stay close to 100% even when activity increases.
Intent Activity
ReplyFox now breaks down comment intent so you can understand the types of conversations happening under your posts.
Based on your selected range, you’ll see a distribution of:
- Questions
- Complaints
- Praise
- Mentions
- Other detected intents
This helps you understand what your audience cares about and which topics require the most attention.
Response Time Trends
Fast replies matter.
Response Time Trends show your average reply speed within the date range you selected. With AI automation enabled, this number becomes incredibly low — often just a few seconds — underscoring the value of instant engagement.
Range-Based Data Generation
All charts automatically adjust when you switch between 7d, 30d, and 90d views.
Each range produces its own aggregated dataset, ensuring the charts accurately reflect the selected period rather than using static or hard-coded data.
This gives you a realistic, real-time picture of your account’s performance — whether you’re reviewing yesterday’s activity or the past quarter.
