How does ReplyFox build my profile from Instagram?
Once you connect your Instagram Business account, ReplyFox securely fetches basic page info and up to 10 recent posts. It then uses AI to detect your tone, products, and audience type to pre-fill your profile settings.
Can I edit my automatically built profile?
Yes. After the automatic build, you can review and edit all fields — such as keywords, tone, products, or contact info — in your dashboard. Any changes will help fine-tune the AI responses.
Does ReplyFox use private messages or sensitive data?
No. ReplyFox only reads publicly available information from your Instagram business page and comments. Private messages or personal data are never accessed.
