Terms of Service

1 · Who we are
ReplyFox LLC ("ReplyFox", "we", "us") provides an online service that automatically replies to Instagram comments using Meta/Facebook APIs.
2 · Acceptance
By creating an account, connecting an Instagram profile, or otherwise using ReplyFox, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3 · Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business or brand you connect. Your Instagram account must be Business or Creator and linked to a Facebook Page.
4 · Access & Login
We authenticate exclusively through Meta’s OAuth. We never see or store your Instagram or Facebook password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Meta account and any access tokens stored on your behalf.
5 · Permitted use
- Manage only the Instagram accounts you own or have written permission to manage.
- Do not violate Meta’s Platform Policies.
- Do not scrape, reverse‑engineer, or abuse the service.
6 · Plans, billing & refunds
Free tier is limited to 100 replies per 1 billing period (30 days). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and auto‑renew until cancelled. Prorated refunds are not offered except where required by law.
7 · Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. If the service is discontinued entirely, paid customers will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion.
8 · API limitations
ReplyFox depends on Meta’s APIs. If Meta restricts or deprecates endpoints, features may degrade or stop working.
9 · Intellectual property
All software, logos, and content provided by ReplyFox remain our property. You retain ownership of content you post on Instagram; we only process it to provide the service.
10 · Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties of uninterrupted uptime or accuracy of generated replies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyFox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11 · Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ReplyFox harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
12 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne.
13 · Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance by email or in‑app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
