Over the past months, the platform has evolved rapidly — from auto-building profiles based on your Instagram content to generating accurate, human-sounding replies with almost no setup. Today, we want to offer a transparent look at what we’re building next. These aren’t hard promises or fixed release dates, but a genuine glimpse behind the scenes and into the direction we’re moving.
Smarter Context Through Website Crawling
Right now, ReplyFox learns entirely from your Instagram profile, captions, and comments. While that already gives the system everything it needs to start replying immediately, many businesses share their most detailed and structured information on their websites. To make replies even more accurate, we’re developing a website crawler that can automatically scan your pages, identify important details, and add them to your ReplyFox context.
This means ReplyFox will be able to pick up things like menus, services, product descriptions, and pricing directly from your site. Once this feature is live, your AI responses will reflect the same information your customers see on your official pages — without any manual input from you.
Automatic Context Refresh
Brands evolve constantly, and your content evolves with them. New posts introduce new products, promotions, and details that your audience needs. We’re working on a system that continuously refreshes your context by detecting new Instagram posts and integrating any relevant information they contain.
As your tone changes or your offerings expand, ReplyFox will adapt automatically, ensuring replies stay accurate and up to date without requiring you to touch your profile settings at all. Your AI will grow along with your brand.
Better Confidence Detection
One of the most important aspects of responsible AI is knowing when not to reply. Some comments are too ambiguous, too emotional, or too unclear for AI to handle confidently. We’re building deeper confidence-detection logic that helps ReplyFox recognize when a comment is safe to answer and when a human should step in.
This means fewer misunderstandings, fewer borderline replies, and a more consistent brand experience overall. Our goal is to make replies both fast and reliable, without sacrificing safety.
Improving Multi-Language Accuracy
ReplyFox already supports replying in many languages, but multilingual accuracy is an ongoing project. We’re refining language detection, improving tone consistency across different cultures, and enhancing the system’s ability to extract meaningful context from non-English posts.
As more global users join the platform, we want ReplyFox to sound as natural in Uzbek, Hindi, Spanish, or Russian as it does in English. Your brand voice should feel consistent no matter what language your customers use.
Handling Tricky Edge Cases
Instagram comments can be messy — filled with slang, emojis, short questions, misspellings, or even sarcasm. These edge cases are often where AI struggles the most. We’re actively working on better detection for spam patterns, meaningless emojis, mixed-language comments, and extremely short messages.
By improving how ReplyFox interprets these tricky situations, we aim to make responses feel more intuitive and human-like in every scenario, while still avoiding responses in cases where the AI isn’t confident enough.
Deeper Platform Integrations
Our recent expansion into Threads was only the beginning. We're continuing to explore additional Meta integrations and ways to unify your engagement across multiple surfaces. While it's too early to share specifics, our long-term vision includes a broader engagement layer that can support both comments and messaging across different contexts, all powered by the same profile and brand voice you’ve already built with ReplyFox.
