ReplyFox has officially completed the migration from Facebook Business Login to Instagram Business Login.
Starting now, new users connecting their accounts to ReplyFox will go through Instagram Business Login as the primary onboarding flow.
This change is part of our ongoing effort to simplify setup, reduce onboarding friction, and align ReplyFox more closely with Instagram-focused automation workflows.
Why We Made the Switch
Historically, Instagram business integrations were heavily tied to Facebook Pages and Meta Business infrastructure. While this approach worked, it often introduced unnecessary complexity for businesses that mainly operate on Instagram.
Many users simply want to connect their Instagram account, configure automation, and start engaging with their audience — without navigating Facebook-specific concepts or additional account relationships.
Instagram Business Login creates a cleaner and more direct connection experience centered around the Instagram account itself.
Simpler Onboarding Experience
The new login flow reduces setup friction and makes onboarding more intuitive for businesses, creators, and agencies managing Instagram accounts.
The goal is straightforward: connect faster, configure automation faster, and start using ReplyFox with less manual setup.
This change also complements ReplyFox’s broader push toward zero-setup onboarding and automatic profile context generation.
No Changes to Existing Automation
This migration does not change how automation behaves inside ReplyFox.
Auto replies, Smart DM Flows, AI-generated responses, rich card DMs, intent detection, and comment processing continue to work as before. Existing users can continue using their automation normally.
The primary change is the account connection architecture behind the scenes.
Better Alignment with Instagram Automation
ReplyFox continues expanding Instagram-native automation capabilities, including AI-powered replies, DM flows, intent-triggered automation, and post-level automation rules.
Moving to Instagram Business Login gives the platform a cleaner and more focused integration model that better reflects how Instagram automation is actually used today.
